Following a two-year, £10.5 million facelift, Summerlee, the Museum of Scottish Industrial Life, has re-opened its wrought iron gates in Coatbridge, giving visitors the opportunity to truly experience life as it was during the Industrial Revolution and the early part of the 20th century.
